  • Drive business growth in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, focusing on drug products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service execution
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales/business development experience within the pharmaceutical industry (drug products)
  • Strong network in the European pharmaceutical outsourcing sector
  • Deep understanding of contract development and manufacturing and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for business (up to 50%)
  • Fluency in English required; German and/or French is a plus
