Tasks

  • Clinical Expertise: Deliver product demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and provide comprehensive customer support to enhance the effective usage and customer satisfaction of our devices.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish strong, lasting relationships with customers, offer advanced support, and troubleshoot complex issues as needed.
  • Clinical Evaluation: Develop and oversee clinical evaluation plans and reports, and perform in-depth systematic literature reviews on medical devices and relevant clinical practices.
  • Regulatory: Manage audits concerning clinical aspects by notified bodies and relevant authorities effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, life sciences)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical applications
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical evaluation, systematic literature research, medical writing, and post-market surveillance within the medical device industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German or French are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
