Aufgaben

  • Drive and organize planning processes such as long-term planning, annual budgets, outlooks, and forecasts
  • Analyze business performance, recommend benchmarks, and identify key opportunities and risks to support commercial strategies
  • Manage monthly closing, reporting (e.g., pricing/sales performance, sales adjustments, margins), and AR reviews
  • Monitor rebates accruals against expectations in collaboration with sales teams
  • Coordinate cost control for sales and business development
  • Lead the monthly risks and opportunities process with sales teams, developing plans to address them
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, connecting commercial functions
  • Collaborate on pricing strategy, customer credit limits, and the Sales & Operations Planning process

Qualifikationen

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SAP BW and other financial systems
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
