Aufgaben

  • Assist in executing the solution/ plan for the name change transition
  • Identify the banks and the associated accounts to be changed and lead the communication with the bank for the bank account update
  • Track liquidity for all entities and bank accounts within the region
  • Maintain E-Banking profiles up to date
  • Work in the issuance of bank guarantees
  • Ensure no errors in payments and collections for each bank account during the transition period
  • Re-issue the bank guarantee/letter of credit and collect back the existing ones from the beneficiaries
  • Track the name change project timeline and progress and inform the key stakeholders on the regular basis
  • Ensure all necessary paper work are done and filed properly
  • Update the bank signatures where needed and update the internal master file for SOX purpose
  • Bridge the conversation between IT, HR and Treasury to ensure the smooth project execution for the name change
  • Assist in other Treasury project or daily work where needed

Qualifikationen

  • Relevant cash management experience in EMEA
  • Preliminary and intermediate level of Cash Pool and SAP experience is highly desired
  • Familiar with cash / banking portal
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
  • Some project management skills is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to concisely express concepts and processes in oral / written communication
  • Language skills preferred: English
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
  • 1-3 years experience in Treasury
