Aufgaben
- Analyze financial statements and forecasts, providing insights on trends and variances
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets
- Collaborate with the central accounting hub for monthly closing activities and reconciliations
- Work with department heads to control costs and improve efficiency
- Lead ad hoc financial analyses and special projects
Qualifikationen
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sector
- Proficient in SAP (S/4 Hana), Power BI, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and understanding of accounting and tax principles
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
